World Health Day 2023 was observed on 7th April every year. This year World Health Organization had completed 75 years. The theme was “Health for All”

A seminar was organised by Dr Mohammad Shafee, Professor of Community Medicine on 6th April In physiology lecture hall from 2.30 pm onwards. Resp. Dean, Dr. Azhar Ahmed Siddiqui sir and CEO, Dr. Ilyas Bemat were present for this activity.
Im this regard, an awareness program was also organised in OPD of Noor Hospital, JIIU’s Indian institute of medical sciences & research on 10th April 2023. Patients and their relatives attended this program. On this occasion Health talk was given by interns Dr Khalid khan, Dr Nikhat parveen and Dr Ayesha. Dean, Dr Azhar Ahmed Siddiqui, CEO Dr. Ilyas Bemat, Dr R. M. Quadri, Dr P. A. Giri HOD and Dr Mohammad Shafee, Professor of community Medicine delivered messages to common public. Dr Vijaykumar Jadhav conducted the program.
