The following members are nominated after obtaining their consent as members of the Hospital Infection control committee, Indian Institute of Medical Science & Research. Warudi, Tq. Badnapur, Dist. Jalna.

Monitor the occurrence of Hospital Associated infections, and specially investigate the occurrence of outbreak if any. Train healthcare workers to prevent and control hospital acquired infections. Maintain an isolation procedure of infected individual and advice on infection control measures. Monitor antimicrobial resistance (in vitro) and formulate policies on use of anti microbial. Monitor staff health so as to prevent the spread of infection from staff to patient and patient to staff. Prepare an infection control manual for in house use. Maintain an infection control audit including hospital biomedical waste disposal.
