Guidelines for Abstract Submission (Papers & Posters)
All abstracts should be submitted via email only.

Title, Presenting Author (to be underlined), Co-author(s), Institute, Designation, Introduction, Clinical profile, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
All abstracts should be submitted on a single page in portrait orientation in PDF format only.
Abstracts of papers and posters will be scrutinised by the scientific committee. The committee reserves the right to change the presentation format from paper to poster. Any change will be notified to the delegate by email.
October 10th 2026.
All abstracts will be published in the e-Souvenir. All presenters must register for the conference and be physically present during the designated poster/paper presentation viewing period.
Abstract Formatting Guidelines
- Document Format: PDF
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: Title in 12–14 pt (Bold), Main Text in 12 pt
- Spacing: Single line spacing
- Word Count: Maximum 250 to 300 words, excluding Title, Authors and Keywords
- Keywords: 3 to 6 relevant terms
General Rules
- No Citations: Do not include references within the body of the abstract.
- No Tables / Graphs / Images / Hyperlinks: Abstracts should only contain text.

Eligibility
Each institute can send a maximum of three MD postgraduate teams for the quiz.
After the elimination round, five teams will be selected for the final quiz.
Team Size
Each team should consist of two participants. They may be either two Dermatology PGs, two Pathology PGs, or one Dermatology PG and one Pathology PG.
